Toronto Trees is an interactive map of every documented street tree in the city, well over a half-million of them, visualized from open data. Each point represents one tree, coloured by genus and sized by trunk diameter. This project was created because there wasn't a clear place to find this information in the most intuitive medium for it: a map.

The data comes from the city's urban forestry data, updated every quarter. Only trees on public road allowances are included; private, park, and ravine trees are limited this dataset. If you happen to know how to access all city park trees, please reach out.
